By accessing and using yourwebtoolkit.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation, or in any way that is fraudulent, harmful, or misleading.

Our services

Your Web Toolkit provides done-for-you and done-with-you digital marketing services, including but not limited to: AI systems implementation, quiz builds, sales funnel creation, SEO strategy, and content marketing support.

Full details of each service, including deliverables, timelines, and pricing, are set out in the individual service agreement or proposal provided before work begins. In the event of any conflict between these terms and a specific service agreement, the service agreement takes precedence.

How we use AI tools

AI tools are an integral part of how we work. We use tools including Claude (Anthropic) and ChatGPT (OpenAI) to assist with research, writing, strategy, and building client systems.

Our use of AI is transparent: where AI tools have contributed significantly to a deliverable, we will tell you. AI-assisted work is always reviewed, edited, and quality-checked by us before delivery. We take responsibility for everything we deliver to you, regardless of the tools used to produce it.

We do not use AI to make automated decisions about you or your business without human review.

Where we use your business information or content within AI tools to complete your project, we do so in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

Our content

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, design, and code — is owned by or licensed to Your Web Toolkit. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without our written permission.

You may share links to pages on this website and quote brief extracts for non-commercial purposes, provided you credit Your Web Toolkit as the source.

Your content

You retain ownership of all content, brand assets, and materials you provide to us. By sharing them with us, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use them solely for the purpose of delivering your project.

Deliverables

Once a project is paid for in full, intellectual property in the deliverables passes to you. This includes any copy, designs, systems, or other work created specifically for your project.

We retain the right to use project work in our portfolio, case studies, and promotional materials unless you have requested otherwise in writing before the project begins.

AI-generated content

Where deliverables include content produced with the assistance of AI tools, intellectual property in that content is assigned to you on the same basis as any other deliverable once paid in full. We accept responsibility for ensuring AI-generated content is original and does not infringe third-party rights to the best of our knowledge.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in your individual proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• A deposit is required before work begins — the amount is specified in your proposal
• The balance is due on project completion or at the milestone agreed in your proposal
• Invoices are due within 14 days of issue
• Late payment may result in work being paused until the outstanding balance is settled

Prices are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. We are not currently VAT registered.

Cancellation and refunds

Project-based services

If you cancel a project after work has begun, you will be charged for work completed to date. The deposit is non-refundable once work has started. If we are unable to begin work within the agreed timeframe due to circumstances on our side, your deposit will be refunded in full.

Strategy sessions and consultations

If you cancel a booked session with more than 48 hours notice, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion.

Digital products and courses

Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds are not offered once you have accessed the content. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing what you have purchased, please contact us and we will work to resolve it.

Retainer services

Monthly retainers require 30 days written notice to cancel. Payments already made for the current period are non-refundable.

Liability

We take our work seriously and aim to deliver high-quality results. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes — results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, your audience, and how you implement our recommendations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We accept no liability for any loss of profit, revenue, or business arising from the use of our services or this website
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you have paid us for the specific service to which the claim relates

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Confidentiality

We treat all information you share with us as confidential. We will not share your business information, strategy, or content with third parties except where necessary to deliver your project (for example, with a subcontractor or tool provider) or where required by law.

We ask that you treat information we share with you — including our processes, pricing, templates, and tools — as confidential.

Website accuracy

We make every effort to ensure the information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free. Prices, service details, and availability are subject to change without notice — the most current information is always confirmed in your proposal or service agreement.

Third-party links

This website contains links to third-party websites. These are provided for your convenience — we do not endorse or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or services of any external site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
