You don't need to supply the words. You don't need to find a designer. Both are part of the build.
The Design
Your site is designed around your brand, not chosen from a menu of templates. If you already have a logo, colours, and fonts, I work with them. If you don't, I'll put together a simple visual identity as part of the build. You have input on the design the whole step of the way.
The Copy
Every page is written for you. Home, about, contact, and up to three service pages. Written in your voice, based on what comes out of the strategy call, and aimed at the client you actually want.
The Photos
You provide a few decent photos of yourself. I'll source anything else the site needs.
What you're asked for is an hour on the strategy call, your photos, and your feedback at review.

How It Works
Strategy call
We start with a strategy call. I find out about your business, your ideal clients, and your goals. From there I do the keyword research and put together the content strategy that guides everything.
Design and copy
I design the site around your brand and write every page. You have input on the design the whole step of the way.
Build
Your site gets built and optimised. The Business Brain AI System gets installed and configured. Google Search Console is set up and your site submitted for indexing.
Lead magnet and funnel (Tier 2+)
Your lead magnet is created, the opt-in page is built on your site, and the nurture sequence is written and connected to your email platform. Everything is tested end to end before we move on.
Content multiplier (Tier 2+)
Your social media is set up inside your AI system — voice, brand, platforms. From here, each blog post you write gets repurposed into social content and images, scheduled from inside the same tool.
Go live
Everything is connected. Your engine is running. Your site is live and ready to grow.
Handover or ongoing
For Tier 1 and 2, you get a full walkthrough and a user guide so you can run it yourself, including writing your first post together. If you choose Tier 3, we keep working together for six months with monthly calls, content, and reporting.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I edit the site myself?
Yes, by having a conversation with your AI. You say what you want changed, it edits the page, the change goes live. I walk you through it at handover so you've done it once before we finish.
What if I already have a website?
That's fine, and often easier. I'll look at what's there, keep anything worth keeping, and build the new site around it. Your existing site stays live until the new one is ready.
What do I need to provide?
An hour on the strategy call, a few photos of yourself, your logo and colours if you have them, and your feedback at review. The words and the design are mine.
Do I need to pay for hosting or buy any new tools?
No hosting cost. Your site is hosted for free, and you pay for your domain as usual, around £12 a year. The only subscription you need is your AI subscription.
Which AI tool can I use?
Either Claude or ChatGPT. Both work. I'll set up your system for whichever one you prefer, or help you choose if you're not sure.
Won't AI-written content sound generic?
The difference is what the system knows before it writes. It's loaded with your voice, your audience, and your positioning. At handover, we write your first post together so you can see exactly what comes out.
Does the content publish itself?
No. The system does the hard part: deciding what to write and writing it, in about twenty minutes. You still have to sit down and use it. If that's not going to happen, Tier 3 is the one where I do it for you.
Am I locked in?
You own the domain, the files, and the content outright. The site can be handed to any developer. Nothing is tied to a platform that only works through me.
How long until I see results?
With the Enquiry Engine (Tier 2+), social content starts working straight away, putting you in front of people while the SEO builds. Organic search takes three to six months to bring in steady enquiries, but it compounds. The businesses that see the best results are the ones still publishing in month five.
