Below is a proposal based on our conversation, including the investment and timeline.
What We're Working With
- 01ChatGPT is deprecating custom GPTs, likely by December — the tools we built for Whole Health AG are at risk of disappearing

- 05You're already using Airtable and it's working well, and want to keep it as part of the workflow
Business Brain OS: Migration & Build
I build a Business Brain OS setup, starting from your existing GPTs and migrating everything into a local folder system that continues to work with your ChatGPT account.

- All existing brand files brought across into the BBOS folder structure, reviewed and updated as needed:
- Brand voice and tone guide
- Writing mechanics and rules
- Audience profile
- Core offers
- Brand message and content approach
- Testimonials bank
Marketing integrations
- Airtable connection configured so content can be saved directly from the AI interface
- Zernio connected for social scheduling (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) so you can generate and schedule content without leaving the chat interface. Zernio also includes analytics, so you can track what's working from your content strategy
User guide
- The existing AI Copywriting System User Manual updated to reflect the new BBOS setup, delivered as an online guide for easy reference
Onboarding call
- A walkthrough call with you and your team covering how to use the system, how to prompt it well, and how to keep training and improving it over time
Payable in full on commencement. Invoice raised once the proposal is approved.
How This Works
Because I already have all the resources from our previous work together, I can move quickly once you give the go-ahead.

Terms of Service
Cathy Topping refers to the business entity trading as Cathy Topping / Your Web Toolkit.
The System means the Business Brain OS installation, migrated skills/agents, brand context files, and integrations described in this proposal.
Deliverables means the system, migrated skills, updated user guide, and onboarding call.
Urgent work means any task required within 7 days of instruction.
1. Quotations
1.1. This proposal is valid until the end of 2026. Pricing is fixed for the scope described.
1.2. Prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and exclude any applicable taxes.
1.3. This proposal does not include paid advertising, platform account management, or technical support for third-party tools beyond those listed in scope.
2. Approval
2.1. These terms and conditions are implicitly agreed to on acceptance of this proposal and instruction to proceed.
2.2. The system build is considered complete when the Client has been walked through the workflow and all core components are operational.
2.3. Feedback on system outputs should be provided within 5 working days of delivery to maintain project momentum.
3. Payment
3.1. The fee of £500 is payable in full on commencement of work. Work begins on receipt of payment.
3.2. Payment may be made by bank transfer, PayPal, or Stripe.
3.3. Invoices not paid within 14 days will attract a late fee of £35.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1. Provide access to the existing ChatGPT account so prompts can be retrieved, within 5 working days of project commencement.
4.2. Provide access to the Airtable base for integration setup.
4.3. Make relevant team members available for the onboarding call.
4.4. Provide feedback on system outputs within 5 working days.
4.5. All content produced goes through the Client's own approval process before publishing. The Client is responsible for final review.
5. Scope of Work
5.1. The build covers the components listed in this proposal: BBOS system setup, migration of 9 existing GPTs as skills/agents, brand context files, Airtable integration, Zernio integration, updated user guide, and onboarding call.
5.2. Up to two rounds of revisions are included. Revisions are defined as adjustments to the skills and configuration based on the Client's feedback after the initial build is complete.
5.3. Significant additions to scope (additional skills beyond those originally created as GPTs, new integrations not listed above) will be quoted separately.
6. Third-Party Platforms
6.1. The system is built on ChatGPT/Claude, Dropbox, Airtable, and Zernio. Cathy Topping is not responsible for changes to these platforms (pricing, service changes, or availability) that may affect system performance after handover. Where possible, the system is designed to be platform-agnostic.
7. Retention of Title
7.1. All files, prompts, and system components created during this engagement remain the intellectual property of Cathy Topping until all monies due have been paid in full.
7.2. Upon final payment, the Client owns the system outright and may operate it independently.
8. AI Governance
8.1. This service uses third-party AI tools including Claude by Anthropic and ChatGPT by OpenAI. Content provided by the Client may be processed by these platforms, governed by their own privacy policies and terms of service. Cathy Topping is not responsible for their data handling practices.
8.2. The Client must not submit confidential, legally privileged, or personally identifiable third-party information into the AI system. Any such content is submitted at the Client's own risk.
8.3. AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be factually accurate or error-free. The Client is responsible for reviewing all output before publishing.
9. Liability
9.1. All source materials provided by the Client are assumed to be original, legally owned, and approved for use.
9.2. Cathy Topping's liability is limited to the value of the engagement fee. No liability is accepted for business losses arising from system use or third-party platform changes.
9.3. Any claim regarding incorrect performance or breach of these terms must be made in writing within 7 days of the relevant deliverable.
9.4. Cathy Topping may use this engagement as a portfolio example or case study unless the Client requests otherwise in writing at the outset of the project.
